GRADE SCHOOL ANNUAL APPEAL 2011
The Grade School Annual Appeal has moved its focus from external capital improvements to:
- curricular enhancements;
- teacher and classroom needs;
- education endowment.
The GS Annual Appeal is an essential component in the advancement of our school mission and the hallmark of our commitment to excellence. This annual giving program, put into place by the ICGS School Board in 1993, has provided the school with a consistent source of funding for projects outside the day to day operating budget of the school. A partial list of previous Appeal projects include our structured playground, state-of-the-art junior high science lab, SmartBoards® in all classrooms, ground floor level preschool room, art studio, reading resource and math enrichment rooms, administrative offices, conference room, and faculty workroom. The Annual Appeal benefits both current and future students and teachers and places our school as one of the best in the Diocese of Joliet.
