Shopping at Dominick’s can earn money for ICGS! It’s quick and easy – register your Fresh Values Card number with our school at Go the members section and click on “Register Now.” When you select ICGS as your school, up to 4% of your purchases will automatically be donated to ICGS. Your purchases are kept private from us. You can register up to 4 cards under your name, so please consider registering family members, too. All you need is their Fresh Values Card number. Last year we earned over $1200 with only 53 registrants. Please register, it’s a year round program and it all adds up quickly and benefits our kids! Don’t forget to use your manna gift cards to pay for your purchases! A few minutes of your time can mean hundreds of dollars to our school.

Click before you shop! Do you buy school shoes online at Nordstrom during their big sale? Do you buy school books or Christmas presents from If you do, you can earn easy money for ICGS by clicking on one of our online mall icons before you buy.

Registering at both eScrip and OneCause is simple and quick and they offer thousands of retailers. Once you are registered, visit the malls before you make any online purchase to see if your store is one of their retailers. The mall sites have direct links to the retailer. Once you register, you can click on the link and start shopping. The online malls keep track of your purchase amounts and donate a percentage to our school.

You can also download a toolbar for each mall to help make shopping easier. The toolbar lets you know when you are searching an eligible retailer and will remind you to access the mall before you click to buy. Don’t forget to use manna gift cards to pay for your purchases!

We all look for them! Box Tops for Education. Clip them, bag them, and send them through backpacks to the office. In 2009 we earned $550 cash for ICGS. Each box top is worth $0.10 which goes directly to ICGS. Please send them in often, the box tops do expire. Anyone can help us, so collect them from friends, neighbors, and relatives.

If you want to take your donation efforts a step further, please register at to access coupons, promotions, and sweepstakes to earn even more box tops for ICGS.

It’s not just soup labels anymore! Products from Pepperidge Farm (including GOLDFISH products), Campbell’s , V-8, Spaghettio’s and Swanson are all part of the Labels for Education program. Don’t forget the drink caps from V-8 products, too.

The UPC codes need to be clipped from each product and can be turned into the office through backpacks. With each label, ICGS earns points toward art, athletic, or academic items in the Labels for Education catalog. Last year we ordered math games and computer software with our points.<!--

Through Target’s Take Charge of Education Program, Target donates a percentage of your purchases when you use a REDcard. There are three choices for the RED card: Target store credit card, Target VISA card, and now a Target Check Card which acts as a debit card to your checking account.

Once you have a REDcard, go online and designate ICGS as the recipient. Please participate! Applications for a REDcard are available in store or on their website. Grandparents, alumni, friends and neighbors are all welcome to participate in the program, too. <!-- Check out our school’s progress at -->

Foods for Funds

ICGS is happy to introduce a new endeavor to generate additional money for the grade school!

The new Food for Funds program is in conjunction with local restaurants and businesses. They have agreed to donate a percentage of their earnings to IC! We just need to dine at the designated location on a certain date and either give them the coupon or mention you are "dining for ICGS" and they will donate to IC grade school! One or two local restaurants will have offerings each month. Watch for details in FamilyGrams, fliers through backpacks, and e-mails from ICGS. This is a great way to generate extra funds while enjoying time with friends or family!
